Arriving for Your Booking

Please aim to arrive around 10 minutes before your booking time. This gives our team time to welcome your group, explain the rules and begin your escape room experience promptly.

If you are running late, please call us as soon as possible on 0203 620 1111. We will always try to help, but late arrival may reduce your game time or, if too late to run the booking, may be treated as a no-show.
