About Our Escape Rooms

What is an Escape Room?

An escape room is a team-based experience which requires you to solve puzzles and complete tasks to escape or complete the game. Escape Rooms are normally themed and designed with a back story that allows everyone to become immersed.

Will we be locked in?

No. You can leave our games at any time, whether it's because you need a break or to pop to the toilet, be warned, though; the clock will continue to count down without you.

How long does the experience last?

All of our games last for 60 minutes; if you're really good, you may complete our games faster. As a result, we have a live leaderboard available to see in our reception and on our website under a game's page.

I already booked; can I add more people?

Yes! All our games are private, so you can do this over the phone, by email - or do it when you arrive for your game!

Do you have parking?

Our locations do not have on-site parking, but local parking is available.

Eltham - You can park in Sainsbury's car park for £1 an hour.

Do you offer corporate bookings or special occasions?

Who can play

Can children play?

Anyone can play, although a paying adult must accompany players under 18.

I'm pregnant. Can I still play?

Of course, most of our games do not involve crawling/physical elements that will prevent you from playing...we'll even place a seat in the game if you request it. Check the game's page on our website for more information, or reach out to us.

Accessibility

Whilst we are not wheelchair accessible, we will try our best to accommodate any needs, so please contact us on 0203 620 1111 if you have a specific requirement. Some adventures contain smaller spaces, and light and smoke effects, which can be removed or bypassed with prior notice. We may not be able to modify the games on the day of your booking.

Dos & Don'ts

What if I'm intoxicated?

 Escape rooms and alcohol aren't a great mix! Drinks are best enjoyed after the experience whilst celebrating your Escape! Anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be refused entry into our venue, and your booking cost will not be refunded.

What if I arrive late?

If you arrive late for your booking, we reserve the right to deduct time from your game. However, we will always try our best to give you the full 60-minute experience.

If you arrive too late for your booking to be run, the booking is classed as a no-show, and no refund will be given; we also ask that guests arrive around 10 minutes early to their booking.

Bookings and Refunds

Can I cancel or change my booking?

As an event based service, we're unable to offer refunds, but we will reschedule if enough notice is given. Please contact us directly: [email protected]

Any games missed without prior notice will be treated as a no-show and will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Games that are rescheduled at late notice will be charged a £20 reschedule fee to cover our rota'd staff wages.
